Weekly Menu for 1st Week of May!

Yesterday was another milestone for our family as our youngest daughter received her First Communion.  It was a picture perfect day that was spent with loved ones and we feel truly blessed it went so well.  I'll have an post later with a mess of pictures.

Time moves on and we need to spend some time today on the everyday things. So first things first, here is this weeks menu:

Tuesday
Arroz Con Pollo (chicken with rice)
Green salad

Wednesday
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
gluten free noodles
sliced tomatoes

Thursday
Bubble Pizza
Green salad
